CLIENT PORTAL
If you are a current tax client, you can create your own portal account by following the steps below. This will allow you to upload tax documents to us by the most secure method.
Before getting started:
-Use the primary taxpayer's social security number or employer identification number
- Use the primary taxpayer's email address. It must match our records
- Contact us to update or change the email address at [email protected]
- Please do not use the phone number option before you let us know your phone provider or it will not work.
- From the Client Portal login page, select "Need a Password."
- After you submit your request you will receive a notification from the portal. You can then create your account.
- Once you receive an email, you can create your account.
- If you do not receive a notification, contact [email protected] and we can assist you.
To send us an electronic file:
- Select "Upload Documents"
- Drag and drop your file into the "Drop Files Here" box or Browse to file your file
- Write a description to let us know what document you are sending us.
- Click "UPLOAD."
- We will be notified that you have sent us a document
To pick up a file we have sent:
- You will be notified that we have uploaded a document to your portal.
- Log into the portal and select "Get a Copy of My Tax Return."
- The label is not accurate; any document we send you will be under "Get a Copy of My Tax Return."
